DESIGN

We are engaged in the comprehensive development of design documentation and design and cost estimates in the field of sanitary trade for industrial facilities. We perform technical, construction, detailed designs in the sanitary trade in the following specialties.

DESIGN:

• • design of water supply, sanitary and storm water drainage systems:
    • • preparation of designs of rainwater drainage systems for entire projects,
      • preparation of designs for rainwater treatment systems from roads and parking lots (oil separators, sand traps),
      • preparation of balance sheets and analyses of methods for managing rainwater in accordance with local technical conditions,
      • preparation of designs of retention systems, pumping stations, flow regulators, infiltration and evaporation tanks for rainwater,
      • preparation of designs of domestic and process wastewater discharge systems,
      • preparation of designs of wastewater pumping stations and grease separation systems,
      • preparation of water demand balance sheets and provision of water metering systems.
  • design of low and medium pressure gas systems,
  • design of gas, metering, reduction and reduction and metering stations,
  • design of drainage systems,
  • design of firefighting systems:
  • preparation of designs of water supply systems for external extinguishing of facilities, including fire hydrants,
  • design of water supply and sanitary sewage connections.

IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR PROJECTS:

• preparation of design and cost estimate documentation, including construction designs, detailed designs and as-built designs,
• procuring maps for design purposes,
• procuring technical conditions for connection to utilities,
• procuring water law permits for water facilities and the introduction of water and wastewater into the environment,
• procuring permissions for road lane occupancy,
• procuring permissions from road managers for location of connections and/or systems in road lanes,
• arrangements regarding the location of designed utilities at coordination meetings (Polish ZUD),
• technical consulting.
